Service Performed at Acqualina Residences – Construction Cleaning
Rig Access carried out the post-construction cleaning of both towers at Acqualina Residences, a luxury condominium located oceanfront in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Standing at 52 stories and approximately 551 feet (168 meters) tall, the building presents unique challenges due to its height and coastal location.
To ensure the efficient removal of construction debris and the thorough cleaning of facades and glass, we utilized a combination of rope access techniques and swing stages. These methods allowed our team to reach every detail of the structure with safety, precision, and efficiency, delivering a flawless finish while preserving the sophistication of this exclusive development.
The Ritz - Carlton Residences
Rig Access completed the cleaning and Blue Mask removal at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, an impressive 52-story building standing approximately 640 feet (195 meters) tall, located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
This luxury development, situated directly on the coast, presents unique challenges due to its height and proximity to the ocean. Our team overcame these adverse conditions using advanced rope access techniques and strict safety protocols, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach – Cleaning and Blue Mask Removal
Rig Access had the honor of performing the first cleaning and Blue Mask removal at the new event space of the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Spanning approximately six floors, our team utilized advanced rope access techniques to ensure the complete removal of this protective coating, revealing for the first time the glass’s pristine clarity and brilliance.

Porsche Design Tower
Rig Access carried out a series of specialized services at the Porsche Design Tower, a 641-foot (195-meter), 60-story skyscraper located on the Miami beachfront. Our highly skilled team performed specialized cleaning, calking application and repair, painting, and stucco restoration, ensuring the aesthetic and structural preservation of the property.
The building’s height and coastal location present significant challenges, such as strong winds and adverse weather conditions. However, through advanced rope access techniques and strict safety protocols, we overcame these obstacles efficiently, delivering a flawless and long-lasting finish.
